About the Owner

Illia Voitovych is the craftsman behind VH Remodeling, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and fine home improvements. His work is defined by precision, integrity, and a deep respect for the homes he works in—qualities that discerning homeowners value most.

Illia began his career working alongside his father in a family-owned plumbing business, gaining extensive experience in residential and commercial systems, including heating systems, boiler installations, appliance connections, and complex repairs. This early foundation shaped his disciplined, detail-oriented approach to construction.

After relocating to the United States, Illia expanded his expertise into high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom tile and flooring installation, cabinetry, interior painting, trim and finish carpentry, and staircase and railing restoration. His ability to understand both the technical and aesthetic aspects of a home allows him to deliver results that are not only functional, but refined.
